Read onlyDear Amazon Support,
I am being declined numerous times for my application for brand approval without much explanation. I have submitted all documents requested which include:
1. Invoice from Brand's Authorized Supplier
2. Letter of Authorization from the Brand to the Authorized Supplier for the approval of distributing their products to be sold on Amazon.
3. Supplier's supplier invoice from the brand to the authorized supplier.
This should provide clear supply chain evidence of the source of the product as Amazon requested since I am not the Brand Owner of the brand.
If the Letter of Authorization to the Supplier is not enough, let me know if I need to get a Letter of Authorization from the brand itself.
A LOA that authorizes the supplier to sell on Amazon, not you. You will have to get a LOA from the brand that gives you permission.
If the Letter of Authorization to the Supplier is not enough, let me know if I need to get a Letter of Authorization from the brand itself.
Yes That is exactly what you need.
You cannot just pick a BRANDED product to sell on Amazon without being legally authorized in hand FROM THE BRAND AND FOR THE BRAND for that authorizes YOU to sell on Amazon. Your supplier cannot give you authorization. BRAND APPROVAL COMES FROM THE BRAND.
Everyone confuses being UNGATED by Amazon with being legally authorized to sell BRANDED products on Amazon. YOU STILL NEED BRAND APPROVAL!
Hello @Seller_q7DXMK7sS78vG,
Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, your approval has been denied and cannot be approved at this time. If you have new information, you can request approval again. You may find this post created by @Glenn_Amazonaround approval excellence, where he provides you with information that will help you know what is needed for approval.
If you have a relationship with the brand directly, you can ask them to add you as an authorized reseller in their Brand Registry, which will give you approval to sell their items.
Wishing you the best,
Michelle
