How to respond to a feedback on my listing details page?

Hi there
I have received a negative feedback on my product on the details page which I consider not fair and I would like to respond to it so that all the other buyers can see?
Currently I have submitted my response in the “Feedback” section in my seller account but I don’t think this will be posted on my listing.

On the product page there is usually the facility for the seller to post a response.

On the seller’s feedback (star rating) there is also the opportunity to add a comment and future buyers can see this but it will not appear on the product page.

For seller feedback you can appeal the rating and comment but unless it is rude or abusive it usually almost impossible to get it removed.
