Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) - Only Seller and Brand Owner of the listing
Our ASIN B0BRHFBPYS has lost buy box.
We are the only brand owner and seller on the listing.
Account health, pricing and everything else related to featured offer has been double checked.
Created multiple cases on Amazon but no positive response, same generic automated responses.
I would like @Spencer_Amazonto please look into this issse.
Talk with internal team to resolve this issue on urgent basis please.

you are not allowed to open new buy box threads- add it to the mega thread- mods won’t respond anyway to individual new threads

We have a thread specifically for Buy Box issues.
Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
