Changing the listing position on amazon website

Is there any way of changing the listing position of products on amazon. I’ve just listed a new product which is not being sold by anyone else on amazon yet. When I search for it on amazon it’s on something like page 5 after all sorts of irrelevant things. I’m worried buyers will not bother to look that far. Sorry if this has already been asked.

All new listings start like this.

Once it begins getting sales, the ranking and search results position will improve on it’s own.

Hi

You can use campaign manager to advertise your product. To do this select select advertising > campaign manager > create campaign and select your daily budget and search terms etc. Usually takes 24-48 hours to start.
