Funds not available until delivery

I’ve been selling on Amazon for over 5 years, and it’s the first time I’ve seen this.
After confirming the sales on Amazon.fr, I have requested the transfer of the funds and it turns out that they are being held. No claims, no chargebacks, no returns, nothing …
I have opened a case with SS and they tell me that the funds are withheld until Amazon knows that the buyers has received everything correctly.
It’s the first time this happens to me. Is it usual? How does Amazon know that the customer has received everything correctly?
I would appreciate any information.

This is getting weird. Every confirmed order is being held with apparently no limit.
I have put Amazon.fr in holiday mode.
Last message from SS said that my money will be released today, but the period has been closed (Apr 2 to Apr 16) with €0 in result, and opened again with the previous money still reserved.
The ‘view reason’ show 'Claims and chargebacks ’ but I don’t have claims or chagebacks. My account health is perfect.
I’m out of ideas.
