Incorrect shipping price (not respecting my shipping template)
Hi.
I’m a new seller to Amazon, but I’m a tech guy and didn’t expect selling on Amazon to be so difficult process. Anyway…
I’ve set new product listing, created custom template for shipping and set it default and finally changed my listing to use this shipping template. It was done yesterday, but my listing was inactive until today.
However it still shows £0.00 for shipping on the ‘manage inventory’:
Am I doing something wrong it’s some bug on Amazon’s side?
Here’s the ASIN of my product: B0B4BKKLZ5
BTW: It’s a FBM listing if that matters.
EDIT:
Now it changed to £4.01, but I have no idea why. I’ve set shipping price to £3.49 for standard shipping and £5.99 for 2-day premium shipping, so where that £4.01 comes from?

Your shipping template shows £3.49 per order PLUS £1 per kilo and your product is 515g - hence the £4.01 shipping

Are you on the Professional Selling Plan ? - ie. pay the £30 a month Pro. fee.
If not then you cannot choose your own shipping charge, you have to go with Amazon’s default shipping charge for your category of goods.
If you are on the Pro plan then you can assign shipping templates to your items.

It shows as £4.01 for shipping on the product page.
