All my listings where deactivated 10 days ago but with the help of a friend they have now been reactivated. I have another 10days to sort out my shipping and I still dont know what I’m doing !! I have clicked on the buy shipping icon which takes me to the place to put the weight and dimensions on and then it sends me to the Royal Mail ? I am currently using Royal Mail with my franking machine. That’s when I get stuck as I’m 70 yrs old and frightened of clicking on something I know nothing about.
I believe I can buy stamps through Amazon, if so how do I order these and how do I get them.My items are just a regular letter size and sometimes an A5. How can I do this and when I’ve managed to print labels either through a carrier or via Amazon do I have to input each tracking number/weight etc by each order. I have checked out a Label printer which I can purchase as I sell on average 10 - 20 units a day.Do I also have to have each order scanned where ever I drop the orders off.
Whenever I call Amazon I know the agents are trying to be helpful but they all seem to have a very strong accent that I can’t understand them.
I am going away in 7days so I really need to sort this out before then or they will deactivate my listing again.

You need to stop using that as it is no longer valid for VTR, and confirming shipment by clicking on that in the dropdown will not be valid.
No, you do not buy actual stamps via Buy Shipping, so nothing is sent to you - this is a confusing term used by Amazon… You just fill out the weight and dimensions and they will generate a postage label to stick on your parcel or LL. ALL letter size must be bought from Amazon
No, as if using Buy Shipping Amazon will input the details automatically and confirm shipment when you buy the label.
Yes, if you drop off at the PO and want a proof of posting receipt - which you will need in the case of an INR, to make a claim.
