Personal mobile number on returns slip
Hi there,
My mobile number is linked to my companies' Amazon seller account and I recently discovered that this is displayed on buyer return slips.
Contacted seller support who advised to speak with the courier (it is not possible that they would have this information, Amazon is the only link). I get that we should perhaps update our number so it's the business no. but surely this is a serious breach of confidentiality?

Its not a breach because as far as amazon is concerned - its a business phone number which you have supplied. Its on you that you supplied your own personal mobile number. GDPR doesn't apply to businesses as such.
It can be changed in Return Settings. If you go in there, you'll find it under 'Manage Your Return Address' and you click Edit.
You'll find on there that the phone number is required to help with delivery. Though to be honest, have just checked a couple of our labels and can't see a number printed.
