RHi @Seller_zc5UFJzWxXxPK,
According to the help page Virtual product bundles, under the "Variations" section, virtual bundles can't be part of variation families right now. This means you'll need to create separate bundles for each t-shirt size you want to pair with the hat.
Since you've already created one bundle, you can make the size more visible by editing the title, description, and bullet points - you'll find these options in the bundle editing tool. Just keep in mind that once a bundle is created, you can't change which products are in it. If you need to adjust the components, you'll need to delete the current bundle and create a new one (the help page recommends waiting 24 hours before reusing the same SKU).
Best regards, Michael
