Has A 2 Z been suspended?
We have had so many deliveries late or missing that I am really surprised we have not had even one A 2 Z.
I am begining to suspect that that feature might be temporarily suspended.

I doubt it and you’re lucky. Plenty of other sellers on here complaining about unfair claims being granted. Did you not see the one about the German who admitted that her husband had signed for the package but she still hadn’t received it - and won her money back!
