no receipt for book so removed book from my inventory
This is my second time trying to get help with this. I have been selling my own personal collection of books. I believe that the ones that were going to sell have sold, so I am ok with all this. Due to not having the receipt for the penguin book, I just removed that one book from my inventory. Now I have had my account deactivated but it states the problem is having more than one account. I don't. But when I look online there is now TWO accounts of exactly the same name. How do I answer, do you recognise the account. It is exactly the same name as the one I set up? They are asking me to admit I know the account and then appeal the violations on the old account and then appeal to sell on the new account. If there is a violation, do they automatically set up a new account in the same name for you?
