Read onlyIs there any solution to this as its happened a few times and again today as a result of Mothers Day being yesterday....?
Customer orders a card on Friday, expected delivery date today-Wed
Customer opens return today having clearly received the card and says its too late for mothers day and so missed the estimated date (which it didnt)
Customer should have to pay for the return but the system allows them to say its missed the date when it hasnt - cant do a SAFE-T claim as I dont have proof of delivery but if they can return it today it was obviously delivered today
And its got a hermes/evri return label costing more than the card did
Well the obvious solution is amazon do something about it.
As that is unlikely - your options would seem to be send tracked so at least you can do a safe-t claim.
