Seller Fulfilled Prime
How does this work then? As the only way we could guarantee deliveries using 24 or 48 post is too charge a little more. But this would put the buyer off as the price of the item would go up
Can we have the original price and then this changes if the buyer chooses next day dispatch??
Cheers

Prime = free delivery to prime members so no.

not only that, but you have to cover the cost of returns as well, so more cost. The advantage is you get the buy box, even at a higher price, so you would need to make a business decision if you want to lower your margins for the increase in business.

Still havent quite got to the bottom of this as I watch the video by Amazon and it states that you cannot increase prices so I am not sure how I would implement this as our margins are only 25% or about £2.50 per item so we couldnt swallow the extra £1.00 for delivery

Yes it does because you pay Amazon for shipping which is far less than Royal Mail, ie 1st class small parcel is £5.22 up to 2kg and £15.85 above that and Amazon charge £3.25-£3.50

Hi, all i am trying to do is give correct and useful information.
Amazon collect from us every day 60 -200 items.
We pay Amazon
We do not have a Royal Mail account
We save thousands of pounds a year on postage costs

You have to have a minimum of 50 units a day to be collected by Amazon everyday to be allowed to be a seller fulfilled prime member who ships via Amazon, i think the confusion is you are quoting and talking about seller fulfilled prime fulfilled by Royal Mail i am talking about fulfilled by Amazon which quite clearly is different

It’s important to recognise that if you do not hit at least 20 Seller fulfilled prime orders per day you cannot use amazon fulfilment, therefore the linked account with RM is the only option and you will pay your agreed prices with them.

Hi all
I am in Seller Fulfilled Prime trail. My question is i dont have 50 unites per day so although i am required to purchase shipping labels via Amazon do i take the packages to my Post Office as i normally would? As after 50 unites i believe Amazon collect them for you?
Am i correct in this?
Thank you

No, you cannot take items to the post office if you are enrolled in seller fullfilled prime and have a collection arranged. I think you will find if you are unable to consistently ship 50 units a day then the service will be withdrawn.
