Policy Violation Still Affecting Account Health After 180 Days

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with my account health, and I’m hoping someone here can help or provide guidance.

I had a policy violation on my account over 180 days ago. According to Amazon’s guidelines, violations should either be removed after 180 days or once resolved. Despite this, the violation remains visible on my account health page.

I’ve contacted Seller Support multiple times but only receive generic, robot-like responses stating that "the violation will remain for up to 180 days or until resolution." This is frustrating since 180 days have already passed, and the violation should no longer be impacting my account.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a specific department or process I should pursue to get this resolved?
