Lost Buy Box on all listings overnight
Hello,
I noticed that overnight our Buy Box wins dropped from 81% to 0%. The buy box is no longer visible on any product pages.
I am the only seller of the ASINs and I did not change any prices. Even new listings are appearing initially without the buy box.
My ODR has not changed suddenly, and from looking at all of my orders with defects, there weren’t any that suddenly hit the metrics on that date.
I’m struggling to pin point what exactly would affect the buy box across all of my listings - has anyone had a similar experiences or suggestions?

We’ve gone from about 48% to 11% since the weekend, and our orders have dropped from around 30-50 per day to 5 per day. All our items are FBM.
The main reason I can see is that Amazon has drastically increased the estimated delivery date for our products, most likely due to Royal Mail’s slow delivery times at the moment. Products we normally ship same day via 2nd class large letter are being given an estimated delivery time of 15th-19th May. The result is that we tend to lose the buy box to FBA competitors.

Same problem here. It seems Amazon have suppressed all FBM sellers in non essential categories

I don’t think it is anything to with FBA in our case. We are losing the buy box to other FBM sellers with a longer handling time and lower feedback score. This has been ongoing since 21st April.
