Over the last few weeks we have been having constant battles with Amazon Seller Support from issues such as VTR to Suspected Intellectual Property Violations, and a constant battle regarding "Sweetzone" branded products being reported by 1 seller who wants to try and stop sellers from selling the products. We submit invoices from reputable wholesalers, get the product reinstated and then a week later the same seller reports them again for "Parallel Imports".. Rinse and repeat over and over again every week. Along with Amazon's Seller Support replies as the standard "bot" responses, Amazon is doing us worse than before.
And let's not forget the fraudulent A-Z claims for tracked & signed for items, that just puts the icing on the cake.
We are moving to our own online sites, with much more control and without the headaches, hassle and ever increasing fee's, we say good riddance to Amazon. Let's just be honest, there is nothing good about the platform other than constant stress. I am sure many other sellers will agree.
The community has been amazing as always, but it's just a better way for us (and many others) to go forward.
