How to close a to z?

Hi,

Could you please guide a buyer opened a to z.We refunded buyer then and there. Now how can buyer close this which wont effect my Metrics?? Need guidance. Because i saw the relevant post where it says it can be closed like this. Is that right??
To cancel your request for a refund:

1. Go to Your Orders
2. Locate your order in the list and select Problem with order .
3. Select Cancel request .
4. Enter your comments in the text box.
5. Select Submit .
