Amazon Eu return refunds
So i just had a customer order an item around 20 Euros to Germany and within 1 hour of posting it, they requested to return it and have been refunded for the order already.
How on earth can Amazon just hand out refunds like that and how do i claim for the loss ? is there anything i can do ?

Do you have a return address in Germany? If not and it’s below 25(?) euro then it’s a returnless refund.
