Subject: Feedback Removal Request – Delivered Before Estimated Date

I am requesting the removal of a negative feedback left by a buyer on January 31, 2025, stating that the item had not yet been delivered. However, the estimated delivery date provided to the buyer was February 10, 2025, and per tracking information, the item was actually delivered earlier than expected on February 5, 2025.
The feedback was left before the item was delivered, which is beyond our control. As per Amazon’s feedback policy, comments regarding shipping delays caused by the carrier or delivery timeframes that are still within the estimated window should be removed.
Please help with that issue!
