Approval Request for Personal Safety and Household
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone else is facing similar issues in regards to an approval request for Personal Safety and Household.
I was selling disposable face masks on FBA without any problems and the product was selling well but then Amazon decided to remove the listing and requested an invoice. This was provided and after waiting 2 weeks Amazon finally decided to get back to me with a simple response that my application was not approved. No reason why given at all.
Now I am left with a large supply of these masks currently which I am unable to sell and as you can imagine this is having a major impact on my cash flow.
Any advice on what I could do will be much appreciated.

Easiest is probably to find somewhere else to sell them.

When you applied, as well as the invoice, did you fill out and submit this form, along with photos of the product and packaging?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I did fill out that form and sent across invoice and photos of the product.
Still unsure why I was not given approval.
Have you had any problems when seeking approval?

We have also applied with no response. Not sure whether to list them as we do not want to receive a policy violation.
