Unable To Charge
Hello There,
I am a new seller on Amazon and I have been trying everything to get my charge method to work. However everything I have entered is denied. There is sufficient finances so I don’t understand why it keeps saying “Unable to charge”
Has anyone else had this problem?
I would really appreciate some support as I’ve been struggling with this for 2 weeks and googling leads me to the same conversations which have no advice mentioned.

That should be OK. I am not sure but you may need to use a credit card, rather than a debit card to set your account up.
The details on the document and card must match exactly, even down to spaces and punctuation. Amazon’s bots will not recognise that “J Smith” is the same as “J. Smith” or “John Smith”

Depends on the card you’re trying to use. Amazon won’t accept some types. What is yours?
