Appeal "Late Dispatch Rate"

Hi all,

Fairly new to selling on Amazon.

I had an order last week which was sent on time and delivered on time (I fulfill the orders myself, not FBA), but as I forgot to upload the tracking until the early hours of the following morning, this is showing as a late dispatch and I’m being penalised for it.

Is there any way to contact Amazon and have this removed, as they can see that it was sent and delivered on time (early, actually) from the tracking or do I have to suck it up for the next 30 days as my sales have died completely since this?
