I had a registered brand in the UK that disappeared at some point from my brand registry account. Even though the brand disappeared, I could access the brand benefits such as brand analytics and Video Ads in Seller Central.
To resolve the matter, I raised a case (9289383522) with support. After back and forth for over 6 months with support to explain my issue, I was told that when I log into my brand registry account, I end up logging in with a merchant token with which my brand was not registered. I asked support to merge the merchant tokens with my brand registry account so that I can view it but I was told that it was not possible. As a solution, I was suggested to get my registered brand removed and apply for brand registry again.
I agreed to have my brand removed and applied again. However, my application and subsequent appeal were rejected. So now, while trying to make my brand visible in the brand registry account, I've lost access to my brand benefits without really understanding why my application was rejected for a brand which was already registered and was removed on support's advice.
Can someone help me with this please? Thanks.
