How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:

This is a forum of other sellers, and not Amazon, so no-one will contact you. The only way to resolve your issue is by providing exactly what they are asking for. You only need to send one utility bill, they may get confused if you send too many as everything is done by bot. As you are a Ltd. company, have you provided your ltd. co info. ?
Where are you based ? - in UK ? The information on all your documents must match exactly, and as they are asking for a credit card, is that in the name of your ltd. company ?

Also to add, am I correct in assuming you are not resident in UK ?
If that is correct, and once your account is fully verified, do you plan to store goods in UK for FBA ? If so you must be registered for VAT in UK, if you are not a UK resident - classed as a NETP.
The above reply is correct, the card needs to be in the name of your ltd. company, and the utility bill as proof of your home address.

They still try to charge your debit/credit card before you accepted as a seller. As previously mentioned, you must have a UK VAT number before you are able to sell in the UK and a valid credit (or debit possibly) card with an Amazon accepted PSP. You can use Amazon VAT Services to register for the UK VAT number or you can register for it manually. If you register for an Italian VAT number, they will accept you in just a few days assuming you meet all requirements, and then you can sell in Spain, Italy, France and Germany. That means it may be a faster way to start selling.
As for the utility bill, as previously mentioned, it's probably better to only submit one document at a time. It should be in your name personally, not in the name of your company. All the details must match what you have provided in your Amazon account including residential account.
If you are wondering why the utility bill was rejected, you should look at the guidance provided by Amazon:
"The document must meet the following requirements:
-- It must contain the following information: your name and address, the service provider's name and additional information such as the date of issue and due date, service provider's address, service provider's logo, and usage details if applicable.
-- Your name and address must be visible and match the name and address that you entered in Seller Central.
-- It must have been issued in the last 90 days.
-- It must be a full page and unobstructed, including the document corners.
-- It must have a high definition and be clear and readable. The required information must be visible and in focus.
-- It must be authentic and unaltered.
-- It must not be protected with a password. You can reupload the same document without the password protection or upload a photo of the document. For security reasons, do not reply to this email with the password.
-- It must not be a screenshot.
-- It must be in one of the supported languages. Supported languages include Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. If the documents are not in one of the supported languages, you must submit a notarized translation into one of the supported languages along with the original document.
