Late posting/ VTR
I have had all my books ( about 75% of stock) removed due to late posting (2 of 21 due to a technical issue with a phone) and because I only have a 50% vtr( which has increased due to my using a Post Office code on the receipt.) My DVDs are strangely unaffected.I have had five and a half years of nearly 100% rating with few comebacks.On going to the appeals procedure it takes me to a report that does not download at all. I have pointed out by email that I cannot rectify any of this without being able to sell.The late posting is probably less than 1% over 51/2 years . I am reluctant to buy Amazon posting and was told that the PO receipt was acceptable ,as seems clear by my jump in VTR rate.What’s my next step in this charade?

If only a category is affected, it’s likely to be VTR that is the issue.
You’ll need to appeal explaining what went wrong and then explain what you will do differently going forward. First step is understand how you are currently marking as shipped to see why VTR is low.
