Bad Feedback should be a review of product, we all know it and please help

Hello @Sarah_Amzn @Julia_Amazon @Winston_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon @Sakura_Amazon_ @Simon_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon @Ash_AMZ

Hope you are all well, we recently received the feedback for the order 206-0225558-5373157.

The total feedback is more like a product review, it describes the product in detail.

I tried to remove it by the removal tool but failed, and we also opened a case but your team just said and refuse any help: "the seller is responsible for talking ownership of any inconvenience the order causes to the buyer."

Could anyone help? Wish you and your team have a nice day ;)

Unlikely to be removed as they are talking a bit about the service offered.

I see you trade under a number of titles, eg: Homvdxl-SE & Homvdxl-UK

So, was this for the UK Amazon site?

You seem to have 2 UK feedbacks that you might be thinking of:

Feedback 1: Unsure what was required to process - does the unit come with instruction on assembly?

MY THOUGHTS: Maybe classed as a Product Review, unsure really what your Buyer is saying, more like they think they are writing a query to you. I would email the Buyer ask what help they need and ask them to remove the feedback as causing you issues. Some will then remove the feedbak, be nice and show them how to remove the feedback if they agree. Appeal the Feedback as well, say you want a human, manager and not a Bot to review in the details, often means a human looks at it.

Feedback 2: This table was not checked before delivery at the manufacturers. There are black marks across the table, plus underneath the black marks on the table are score marks. The edges are not sealed correctly. Plus to add insult to injury I am having to pay to send it back! Not my fault but I have to pay again. Where is the responsibility for this issue with the manufacturer?

MY THOUGHTS: That will not be removed. You sent the Buyer something that is a faulty product, so you need a quick return and then refund. You should not make a Buyer pay to return, even if you repay them, you need to provide a pre-paid returns label. As you are in China, you need to send the Buyer a pre-paid postage label, at your cost. Even if you have a UK agent, you need to pay if faulty and arrange the return. Many Buyers will keep an item, if a good discount, saves a return, etc. However, you cannot make them do that, but maybe a 50% deduction would be worth while offering. You cannot say only if she removes the bad feedback. You may ask once all agreed upon, if they may review and remove the bad feedback.

Feedback 3: I have already given you this information and my next step is trading standard as I am still awaiting my refund.

MY THOUGHTS: Amazon will not remove that one. You may contact the Buyer though if you had refunded them and they mssed that - Amazon also take up to 1 week to process the refund: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=1161010 (worth pointing that out to a Buyer, with that link and apologise, saying when you refunded, so Amazon taking their time, not you).

Just to also say, why not just choose a standard UK sounding trading name, and not put 'UK' on the end of an unusual trading name. It is my hate that Sellers from abroad, deliberately confuse Buyers by adding UK on the end. I think it should be made illegal, unless they have a physical warehouse that they own in the UK. Maybe why your Buyers are not happy, thinking if they buy from you and then any issues, to be sent back to a UK Company, then finding out you are in China.
