Unable to change qty or price today

Hi All,

I’ve been unable to change qty or price all day, it says changes will take place in 15 minutes and nothing is happening, is there a problem today on the site? anyone else having issues?

I haven’t had an issue with updating quantity…yet. I have just tried to do it so will let you know how i get on. BUT, I have had an issue where my quantity level has gone down to 0. Not sure why. I’ve not got any orders in pending for the item so I’m not sure where it has gone. I have just updated it but will keep an eye on it in case it rectifies itself and I end up with double quantity listed.

Hi Me too just spent 4 hours updating quantities of christmas stock and just checked to see if they’ve gone live and nothing showing :frowning:

When does the new Country of origin requirement start.Listings cannot be edited until this is provided.I am just waiting until I want to edit a listing and will input it at the same time.

Thanks for the replies, i presume this is the country of manufacture?

We sell branded products which we don’t have manufactured by buy from a distributor (well known brands) what would be the easiest way of finding the country of origin? from the packaging? as we have had it in the past the same product but different countries on the packaging, for instance some could be made in Japan and some in Vietnam…

Also the listings have not been created by us, presumably created by amazon (they sell on these listings) so editing my end would it have an effect?

I now have stock available that I cannot list because I cannot update stock qty’s.

I went back and edited the listings and entered the COO info and updated quantities and that seems to have worked as they all updated within around 15mins :slight_smile:
