Why orders cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland
I am a FBM seller. 2 times I could not send products that were previously in Amazon warehouses to Northern Ireland. Is there a setting in the shipping settings such as I do not want to receive orders from this country? Can I add extra shipping costs for Northern Ireland?

Edit shipping settings for UK and untick Northern Ireland. You can also untick Channel Islands, if you want.

As far as I am aware you cannot exclude them as they are UK

You definitely can, I come across listings quite often that don’t ship to NI.
I would guess its in the shipping settings, delete the one that has NI in it and add the others back.
But as Little Shop says - why don’t you want to ship to NI?

I read that amazon themselves won’t ship some items to NI but Royal Mail have it under the UK umbrella so I suppose depends on the products
Plants, food etc are now an issue, heavyweight goods maybe too

NI is disabled on my shipping template so i assume none of my books can be shipped there.
