Read onlyHi
We have been operating with Amazon since 2017 and in January we missed an email asking for some verification details, so they deactivated the account and asked us to do a video verification which we did. After this they said that their controls indicated that we were in violation of Amazon policies and the account would remain deactivated.
But we are a complete loss as to why we were deactivated or what we need to do to get the account reactivated.
We sell buckets and boxes to charities to help them with their fundraising and have been around since 1992.
Great if anyone would have some insight into what we can do to get the account reactivated
Thank you
... indicated that we were in violation of Amazon policies
Did they say which policies you were violating ? Unless you know that then hard to resolve.
Hello @Seller_QRKO6jGB2lKLl,
This is Sarah from Amazon.
JillyB is right, opening a case with Seller Support is the first step. Have you tried using the "Help" button in the top right to open a case, or is that unavailable as well?
Your storename is directing people to a website off Amazon, that could be one option?
