I have been receiving wrongly received intellectual property complaint from my competitor seller since 2024.
Competitor seller maps other country's listing to India and adds his A+ content to other brand's listing and adds his registered trademark logo to it,Then we complain like this, and Amazon also accepts that complaint and we get a complaint on that listing.
I have been telling the employees of the Account Health Team about this wrong happening since 2024 but till date I have not found any solution to this problem.
I have called the Amazon Account Health Support team more than 120+ times since 2024 to report this problem.
But till date this team has not given a solution to my problem. Every time these people say that we have told the problem to the internal team and they will give its solution.
Till date I have received 30+ false complaints and I have appealed by submitting all the documents. Sometimes the appeal is accepted. Sometimes it is rejected.Then this account health support team sends this complaint to the internal team for second review. And that team reinstate my listing.
This listing starts but I am facing this problem continuously from 2024 till today. And this company has not closed this loop hole till date.
For this problem, I have talked to Amazon account health team for 1-2 hours each time and told them about this problem but till date no action has been taken to solve this problem.
And due to this problem, my employee got angry and abused an employee of Amazon Account Health Team, hence my account has also been suspended.
My employee has said all this in anger, for which I am ready to apologize to you all with folded hands and fall at your feet.
I admit that it is my employee's fault. But my grandfather was in the hospital so I was not in the office at that time. That is why all this problem has happened.
From 2024 till today, these false complaints are coming to my account and till date Amazon team has not found any solution for it, hence my employee abused me in anger.It's been more than a year but I haven't found any solution to this problem yet.
So now Amazon should understand and find a solution to this so that other small business sellers like me do not have to suffer this.
I have appealed many times to restart my account but your team is not accepting my appeal.
I just have one request to you that please solve this problem and restart my account, please this is my request to you.
I am an Amazon seller since 2019. Till date, I have followed all the policies, but my account should not be closed due to this one time mistake.
Please give us a chance to prove our honesty. I promise you that there will be no such problem in future.
Please restart my account otherwise I will have to look for another business.
