Hi, I am currently selling in UK/EU and would like to start selling in the USA.

I have a UK limited company and would like to know which option is best:

1. Operate from the UK company in the USA, both of them under the same seller account.

2. Create a USA LLC and a new seller account for it, sell with the LLC in the USA and with the UK Ltd in EU/UK.

Would appreciate as much detail as possible in the reasons why one option is better compared to the other.

I have an EU based company and I dont want to sell into the UK. I've put the listings on pernanent holiday but Amazon still seem to be showing them as being able to buy. What other settings do I need to do?

I have a limited company in UK, through which I have setup a UK seller account. What would it require for me to be able to sell stuff in Amazon US please (FBA)? Do I need to register business in the USA?
