Impossible to Appel

the system is currently in a loop. I have updated my address and submitted a file for the address verification. It happens that they only accept bank statements. Ok. But there is no option to update the appeal

I click Reactive account. It sends me to the contact us page. I open a ticket and get an automatic message to acesse the View appeal.

I just get this reply:

Hello,This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel.If you are appealing an action taken on your account, please submit your appeal by clicking the “Reactivate your account” button in Account Health (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard). If you want to submit additional information, click on the “View appeal” button and submit additional information as requested.

I clink the link and I am send back to the account home. I click activate now, it sends me to a contact form. And I can’t find this VIEW APPEAL button anywhere.

It seems the verification failed in the Business Information area.

  • Select the Settings Wheel, top right in Seller Central
  • Click Account Info
  • From the Left Menu - select Business Information
  • Now Select Legal Entity - I need to know if you are able to update this information?

I am going to request you create a NEW case, do NOT say you are wanting to appeal. Please state you are wanting to request re-verification for the Inform Act. Then also provide that Case ID to me so I can take a look.
