Hello,
A buyer purchased an item from us recently, and received their order 2 days earlier than expected. They immediately returned it claiming it was delivered late, so Amazon charged us for the return label. It was refunded as soon as the item was scanned in for the return, by Amazon and not us.
I filed a Safe-T claim for reimbursement on the shipping label under "Buyer used an inaccurate return reason code". The Safe-T team denied the claim right away, then again on appeal, saying that the product is in usable condition and doesn't qualify for a refund. I told them 3 times now that I'm filing for a reimbursement on the return shipping label, not the product.
I don't know if this is a scenario covered by Amazon Buy Shipping, but I purchased the shipping label through Amazon on the day it was to be shipped, it was scanned same day a few hours later by the carrier, and was delivered earlier, so I fulfilled all the conditions.
Safe-T claim ID: 70054-20823-8838338
I've filed claims for similar cases in the past and usually have to appeal once before it's approved, but here they've told me their decision is final. Could I please get some help from the mods on this?
