I have a question on the request a review for orders. I get that we can click "Request a review" to send to the customer but does Amazon automatically send out one first and the request button is just an option sellers have to send a second one?
Just want to confirm that all orders are receiving a review request or if we have to go into every order and request it ourselves.

@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 already confirmed this for you so I just wanted to support that and reiterate that Amazon does automatically send out a request for review and feedback on your behalf. The Request a Review button on the order management page is an additional option to send a second email.
However, that button should only be used a maximum of one time.

Until a year ago we were using an Amazon approved app to automatically remind clients that we'd appreciate their reviewing whatever product they had purchased from us. This resulted, as far as we can tell, in no more reviews than we would have obtained not sending reminders.
