If it was the ‘Code of Conduct Drop Shipping’ account deactivation email I have read on other support forums that there is 0% success in appealing those currently.

As @The_Little_Shop said, do you dropship your orders?

Hello @Steve_s_Bargain_Shop,

I’m Abella from Amazon, here to assist you.

Going through your post I understand that you have concerns with your account reactivation.

Thank you @The_Little_Shop @PeterB @NEil @Ninja_o_Clan_Ginger for your inputs.

Amazon enables you to reach hundreds of millions of customers. We strive to ensure a fair and trustworthy buyer and seller experience. At Amazon, we expect you to adhere to the code of conduct principles.

I see that you’ve mentioned you use drop shipping business model for your account.

I kindly request you to please go through Amazon drop shipping policy here.

You should be able to submit an appeal from your ‘Account Health’ page using the ‘Submit appeal’ or ‘Submit new information’ button.

Any time a customer sees packaging, invoices or receipts identifying a seller that is not either you or Amazon it creates confusion for the customer about how their order is being fulfilled and whom they should contact with any problems or questions.

If you intend to fulfil orders using a drop shipper you must always:

  • Have an agreement with your supplier that they will identify you, and no one else, as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging and other information included or provided in connection with the products;
  • Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging or other information identifying a third-party drop shipper prior to shipping the order;
  • Be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products; and
  • Comply with all other terms of your Seller agreement and applicable Amazon policies.

Please try to identify if there was any code of conduct that wasn’t followed and if yes, then provide the reason about why it wasn’t being followed.

Once you are able to identify the reasons, please response to Team with a plan of action by highlighting the below points:

Acknowledgement of violations
Root cause analysis/identification
Corrective actions
Proactive steps that will be taken to maintain compliance

**Be clear and concise. ** Your plan of action should be factual and direct. Focus on the facts and events that led to the issue.

If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.

Regards,
Abella.
