Auto Return Postage

Had an auto return when customer lied about the return reason… said the website description was wrong but in their comments they say they thought the item was completely different… i.e their mistake… As it’s been posted back Amazon auto refunded it so I’ve had no chance to deduct the postage… any idea how to claim back for these?
