Amazon purchasing my FBM item?
I know that Amazon can buy FBA stock to sell if you have not disabled the option (which I have). However yesterday I had an FBM order and the customer is marked as ‘Amazon Business EU SARL’.
At the moment it is pending payment and so I have no address to send it to.
Is this something anyone has had before?

Yes. I have seen it before. I make sure I wrap them extra carefully…

‘Amazon Business EU SARL becomes the seller of record, making your inventory available to customers who would not otherwise buy from a third-party seller.’…

I get this a lot, these are mainly from business buyers on Amazon who are transacting from an Amazon business account.

Yeah, this is an Invoice by Amazon order, if you’ve not experienced them before here are a few things to note that I think are rather important about those orders.
- You can’t refund them if the item comes back as a return to sender.
- If they want to return and you want to make deductions due to state or postage, you’ll need to contact Amazon first about the deductions before confirming the item is back.
- You can’t file a SAFE-T claim for Invoice by Amazon orders.
