I shipped to Germany but have not been paid?

I have shipped out my product to someone in Germany and have not been paid, does anyone know why?

Hi
Did you mark order as dispatched? was it a business customer? PBI 45 day wait max.
Try checking your payment summary in seller central.
Confirm correct bank account details are entered and are valid.

Did you sell via Amazon UK or Amazon DE? If Amazon DE, have you provided your bank details for payment? You need to provide them separately to each market place.

Hi Anglozone, thanks for your advice, i have marked it as dispatched and i’m just a personal seller. I checked payment summary and theirs nothing like i didn’t sell anything at all, also all my bank detail are correct as i’ve been paid by amazon before.

Thanks for your help though, i’ll keep trying to figure out what’s going on.

Hi KPG, I sold on amazon uk, but i have also put my info on amazon de to see if that would do anything it hasn’t, maybe the payment is just delayed, at least i hope it’s something like that.
