I have 2 deactivated seller accounts I can't get activated
Hi other sellers!
We have a problem with getting activated. I have a case that’s been open for 5 months. I have received 6 automated repliers from Amazon but thus far they have not resolved the issue.
I will try the explain the situation with keypoints:
- Seller account opened on business A, this account was activated.
- New company started that has taken over business A. Tried to transfer business A to the new business B, this didn’t succeed and took 4 months.
- Opened a new seller account on the business B, this account was shortly activated.
- The amazonsystem detected 2 seller accounts and deactivated both of the accounts.
I think the problem is caused by the fact that there are 2 seller accounts. I have asked amazon to delete both accounts so I can start a new account and get that one activated. They say they have deleted both but I can still login and I’m afraid if I open a 3th account my problems get bigger and bigger.
Could anyone provide me with some usefull tips, since amazon bots aren’t exactly usefull as we all know. Thank you guys so much in advance :).

Not typically. Having more than one account tends these days to only be an issue if one gets suspended - as all linked accounts then follow.
Amazon also wouldn’t ordinarily delete accounts, especially if they are suspended. I’d forget about that as an option. As you’ve mentioned, any new account you open will get suspended sooner or later.
It is the first account that needs resolving. What do you mean by the legal entity transfer not succeeding?

Did you list the same products on both accounts ?

That’s your problem. If you never completed the transfer, then the original account is not fully active.
So when the second account was opened, they were linked and the second suspended.
The only solution to this, is to get the original account active.
