Idea for improvement

As a seller of some new products, I wanted to offer for Amazon some improvements regarding the reviews,

1. To give permission to add a sign in the main picture that the product is new, (can be limited for half year or a year) it will emphasize to customers that it is a new product.
2. Being able to offer for customers a refund (Full or partial) for writing a review, even if it is negative, is a particularly suitable solution for sellers who are confident in the quality of their product, Will be offered through Amazon at the time of purchase that there a refund for writing a review, without the seller’s ability to influence the customer what to write,
   Where can and should be sent? And do you think this is a right idea?
