Hello everyone! I'm having an issue with a product listed by another seller because the page isn't functional on Amazon. I've created an offer for that ASIN and want to sell the product, but the page isn't working (I've tried different browsers). When I checked the ASIN through the Help section by selecting "listing not buyable" and entering the ASIN, it indicated an offer start date of 2030-01-01, making the ASIN unsearchable. However, the product was actually launched a few years ago.

When I try to create a new listing, Amazon only allows me to create an offer on that existing, unsearchable listing due to the existing EAN.

If I change the EAN, it shows an error: "8572: You are using UPCs, EANs, ISBNs, ASINs, or JAN codes that do not match the products you are trying to list. If you believe that you have reached this message in error, please contact Selling Partner Support."

Please help me resolve this issue.
