Can someone from the internal team please help us with escalating this case? The eligibility of Feature Offer of 3 of our ASINs were removed for competitive price match issue. We have read all requirements from Amazon on how to become Feature Offer eligibility and we did confirm that our account performance meet all these metrics.
We do have sufficient inventory on each SKU. Our customers had a great shopping experience with us so far. We are the brand owner and selling price are around at current most of time. The competitive price match cut our selling price over half. This does not make sense. And now these 3 SKUs are not on feature offer, buyers cannot select on the product page at all.
When we tried to open a case with Selling Partner Support in Seller Central, we always received a generic response. This answer cannot help us resolve the issue. We do need high level attention to review our case manually because we strongly believe that there is a system error that caused our eligibility Feature Offer being removed. And if no human looks into this issue manually, such kind of error can never be found. So please do help with escalating this case.
