Account verification

Hi !

I hope someone can help me here as I’m really confused and frustrated as to what exactly Amazon requires from me to verify my account and have it reinstated.

Context: I’m a Moroccan citizen with no UK residence. I created my company online and have all the documents to support it. In good faith, I created my account as a business (LTD), provided EVERY document relating to the business as well as every document to confirm my personal identity. And yet, Amazon keeps rejecting my appeal EVERYTIME without really stating what the issue is or pointing me to the right direction. Seller support is of no help either.

The documents I provided are as follows (obviously my address, and the company address are different as stated above. But this is the way I registred on Amazon as UK business, but a moroccan person):

Personal information:

• Utility Bill (in french/arabic)
• Bank statement (in french/arabic)
• Bank letter (in french/arabic)
• Front side of ID (in french/arabic)
• Back side of ID (in french/arabic)
• Passport (in french/arabic)

Corporate information:

• Company registration number (in english)
• Company shares certificate (in english)
• Company Unique Taxpayer Reference (in english)
• Company MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION (in english)
• Company Current Appointment Report (in english)

Can anyone please help me ?
