I am experiencing an issue with scheduling the identity verification video call requested by Amazon. After submitting the required documents for review, I attempted to book the video call, but the link provided consistently results in an internal error.

I have opened multiple support cases regarding this issue, but none of them have resolved the problem. I need to complete this video call to reactivate my account, but the link simply doesn't work. I'm also concerned that there might be an issue with the documents I uploaded, but I have no option to delete or resubmit them.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

Can you confirm if you received this and if you were successful in scheduling your video call? If you are still experiencing issues with the link, please follow up with screenshots of the issues your seeing so that it can be passed to the appropriate teams for further review.
