Where do I find a vat invoice for my monthly sellers subscription someone please!

Can someone please tell me where I can find a VAT invoice for the monthly sellers subscription, its driving me mad. If I look in payments it tells me a &pound;30.00 payment has been made but I want an invoice showing the VAT
