Launch of SAFE-T claim for Seller Flex orders
We are pleased to inform you that effective September 28, 2023, you can file SAFE-T claims for Seller Flex orders. In accordance with Amazon's program policies, you can claim reimbursement for losses incurred due to Seller Flex issues.
You can request reimbursement for damaged or lost products during delivery or return transit. You can also request reimbursement when a return is not received in its original condition.
Your request will be assessed and any reimbursement decision will be made in accordance with our Seller Flex lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy
Reimbursement will be based on the estimated proceeds of the sale of that same item minus the applicable fees and applicable VAT on those fees. This will constitute the full and final payment and settlement from Amazon for such SAFE-T claim.
