Customer chasing missing order after 2 months
What am I supposed to do here?
Amazon doesn’t even supply the customer’s full information any more as the order is older than 45 days. I guess I will have to re-send because they’ll probably qualify for A-Z but am I allowed to ask for customers details over messaging? Should I just refund?

Assuming low value item, just refund it and ask them to re-order.

No, IMO never just refund.
If you are PM in which case you can get the order details from an order report. Either way send a standard reply asking for customer to confirm address etc etc

Is there not a 30 day limit for claiming on an item not received? Although with covid returns changes that may have been altered too
