Issue with a vine review
Hi everyone.
Just a quick one as I’m pretty sure of the answers myself.
I’ve just launched a new product and to get a few reviews, enrolled it in the Vine programme.
All was going swimmingly until a Vine review came in that gave the new product 2 stars. Now I’m no stranger to negative reviews as I sure everyone has had at least a few from the funny folk who buy on amazon.
My issue is that the reviewer has done a great job of taking lots of pictures of the product and then left a 2 star review that must be for a different bag. One of the pictures shows the fault ( a piece of net that has come unsewn) and is clearly a different grey bag to my black bag. The split net shown, is not from my bag at all.
My question is this. As Vine is a paid for service offered by Amazon, can I expect the reviews to be factual and at least pertain to the correct product or is it still a case of pot luck with no recourse if something is not right.
If you want to have a look for yourselves then the asin is : B0BD5P74D4
I just wondered if because its a paid for service, if the review team would at least look at it. I could understand if my bag had failed, as that is on me, but the reviewer is in the top 250 in the Vine programme, so I’d at least expect a certain level of competence.
What are your thoughts?

I’m not familiar with the integrates of your bag, but that looks like the same one to me… or are you saying that the photo of the net is of a different bag that they have put in deliberately?
It looks like the same bag to me, and looks black, although sometimes a bit faded looking which is obviously her phone adjusting the pic due to lighting.

More importantly Amazon will not remove reviews because of this. Still you have good number of positive reviews, I wouldn’t worry too much.
