Brand Registry on behalf of Brand
Hiya,
A brand we work with wants us to handle their brand registry and distribution through Amazon, is this something that’s possible to do? I’ve read a few threads asking similar and the answers are mixed.
I’ve looked at the Enrol a brand page but there it isn’t clear if its something that is allowed.

We have multiple brands registered on Amazon that belong to our parent company who do not have an Amazon selling account. The way it worked for us is that when we were in the process of registering a brand, Amazon sent an email with a verification code to the registered trademark holder. In our case this was sent to our parent companies solicitor’s office. They forwarded the verification code onto us and we were able to register the brand to our Amazon account. It didn’t matter that we were a different business entity to the one registered with the IPO.
This was several years ago though. So it all may have changed since then.
