Seller account deactivated HELP PLEASE!

I need help from someone from amazon. My account has been deactivated. I have a UK account for selling and an Amazon Business Prime account for buying my supplies. I cannot get anywhere with the automated reactivation process as it's not providing me with any information on how to prove I don't own another account with the same name.
